IMPORTANT SCHOOL YEAR INFORMATION + UPDATES
Welcome to the 2026-2027 Spectrum Dance school year! Please find important information below, including our school year calendar, inclement weather policies, and dancewear and shoe guidelines. Please note that some classes may require different shoes for the performance than what is stated below and that information will be communicated in the spring. This page will serve as your landing spot for all school year-related information and will be updated throughout the year to include information related to our end of year performance, costume ordering, and more.

What studio space should I go to for class?
We have three studio spaces at Spectrum Dance. Studio A is located at the end of the hallway and is our biggest studio; Studio B is located next to studio A, to the right of the main lobby; Studio C is the first studio on your right after entering through our coded door. Below are current studio assignments for the school year. Please note these studios may shift during the first few weeks of class as enrollment numbers fluctuate and class needs become understood.
Important: a note about communication
This page will be updated throughout the year and those updates will be communicated via email. Please ensure you have a valid email address with us on file. We do not check studio voicemail and rarely answer studio phones as we are on email much more frequently than we are present in studio. We request all absences are reported via email to hello@spectrumdancemn.com. To ensure we can provide the best service and timely responses, and to protect our own time outside of working hours, we respectfully ask that text messages are not sent for Spectrum Dance related questions, comments or concerns. Please utilize email for any communication related to Spectrum Dance. We check email daily and will respond as soon as we are able. We ask for 2 working days for responses though urgent questions or concerns will always be handled timely.
Our Policies and Guidelines spell out communication and other important information in detail.
