2023-2024 YOUTH DANCE CLASSES

AGES 3 - 14+ YEARS

2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR:
Monday, September 11th through Saturday, May 25th, 2024

The 2023-2024 Youth Class Schedule is enrollment-based for youth ages 3 - 14+ years.
All enrolled youth classes perform in the Spring Performance in June unless otherwise noted.
Enrolled students can opt into or out of the performance.

HOW TO ENROLL
Classes Based on Age (youngest dancers)
Creative Movement, Creative Combo, Kinder Combo and all Level I classes with the exception of Lyrical I.
Preteen Beginning Ballet is also age-based.
Classes Based on Level
Classes labeled “by invitation only” as well as ALL Level III, Preteen (with the exception of Preteen Beginning Ballet), Teen, and Teen-Adult (TA) are by invitation only.
Existing Spectrum Dance students will receive placement emails for these classes.

A NOTE FOR TEEN DANCERS:
Teens who do not wish to enroll for the entire school year may attend any class on the Teen + Adult schedule or any classes on the Youth Schedule designated as TA (Teen + Adult) by purchasing a single class or a class hours card from our online store (click Student Login on the top right to create an account and to log in).

IMPORTANT:
Registrations MUST be submitted online by completing the below form. For family registrations, please submit one form per family.
We require that all families create an account in MindBodyOnline and include updated credit card information when registering (exception: paying in full by check), or registrations will not be processed. Please see below (at the end of the registration form) for exact information on how both new and existing Spectrum Dance families can create and/or access their accounts.

TOTAL TUITION + PAYMENT PREFERENCE

PAYMENT IN FULL OR INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS (10 EQUAL PAYMENTS SEPTEMBER 2023 THROUGH JUNE 2024)

Checks are accepted for payment in full only. We will no longer accept check payments for installment payments. Credit cards will be processed upon receipt of registration. All registrations received after September 1st, 2023 are subject to a $50 late enrollment fee. Please send all check payments to Spectrum Dance (975 Grand Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55105).

CHECK - PAYMENT IN FULL. Please mail your payment, including registration fee of $30/$50 to Spectrum Dance (address above).

CREDIT CARD - PAYMENT IN FULL ($2 processing fee per credit card transaction)

CREDIT CARD - MONTHLY INSTALLMENT ($2 processing fee per credit card transaction). Credit cards will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month, including June 1st, 2024. September's payment will be processed upon receipt of registration and will include the applicable registration fee and the $2 processing fee.

CREATE NEW MINDBODYONLINE ACCOUNT (FOR NEW FAMILIES) AND ACCESS EXISTING ACCOUNT (FOR RETURNING SPECTRUM FAMILIES). School policy requires credit card information to be updated and on file in all MindBody accounts unless tuition is paid in full by check.

EXISTING SPECTRUM DANCE FAMILIES you have had one or more dancers take class at Spectrum Dance any time between September 2017 and August 2023. Existing Spectrum Dance families already have accounts created with us, as MindBodyOnline is how we process every payment. Please ensure your credit card information is up-to-date in your account unless you are paying tuition in full by check.

In the SIGN IN box on the left side, please enter the email address that all communications have come to in the past, and then click “need new password?” on the bottom left. An email will be sent to your email address on file and will prompt you to create a password. If you already have a password, you can log in from this screen using that information.
Once you’ve created a password, please log into your account and ensure your CC information is updated. You can also update other information if needed.
If the email address isn’t working, please reach out to us and we will check your account to ensure we have the correct email address on file.
