2026-2027 YOUTH DANCE CLASSES
AGES 3+ YEARS
The 2026-2027 Youth Class Schedule is enrollment-based for youth ages 3+ years of age.
All enrolled youth classes perform in the Spring Performance in June unless otherwise noted.
Enrolled students can opt into or out of the performance.
HOW TO ENROLL
CLASSES BASED ON AGE
Creative Movement, Creative Combo, KinderCombo, Combo I, Tap Jazz I, Hip Hop Minis I and II, and all Level I and II classes with the exception of Acro I-II and Acro II are enrolled into based on age.
Preteen Beginning levels are also age-based.
CLASSES BASED ON LEVEL
All Level III, Preteen (with the exception of Preteen Beginning levels), Teen, and Teen-Adult (TA) are by invitation only, as well as classes labeled “by invitation only” on the schedule.
Existing Spectrum Dance students will receive placement emails for these classes.

BALLET REQUIREMENT FOR LYRICAL AND CONTEMPORARY
Please note that all Lyrical and Contemporary classes, even beginning levels, require at least one year of ballet experience AND enrollment into a year-long ballet class. There are no exceptions to this.
A NOTE FOR TEEN DANCERS:
Teens who wish to drop into class on a flexible basis and who do not wish to enroll for the entire school year may attend any class on the Teen + Adult schedule or any classes on the Youth Schedule designated as TA (Teen + Adult) by purchasing a single class or a class hours card from our online store (click Student Login on the top right to create an account and to log in). Pre-payment and pre-registration is required for every class taken. Pricing for our TA drop in classes is under the CLASSES tab.
IMPORTANT
Registrations MUST be submitted online by completing the below form.
For family registrations, please submit one form per family.
There are 3 steps required to complete registration:
1. Read our Spectrum Dance Policies + Guidelines, below. You will be required to agree to them before submitting your registration.
2. Fill out and submit your registration form
3. Create a MindBody account with a valid credit card or confirm your existing Spectrum Dance MindBody account has a valid credit card. Information on how to create an account will pop up once your registration is submitted.
We require that all families create an account in MindBodyOnline and include updated credit card information when registering (even if paying in full by check). Registrations will not be processed without a valid credit card on file and your spot in class is thus not guaranteed. Please see below (at the end of the registration form) for exact information on how both new and existing Spectrum Dance families can create and/or access their accounts.
You are required to agree to the Spectrum Dance Policies + Guidelines before you are able to submit the registration form. Please read our school policies and guidelines below.

Please note: we have many of the same classes offered on different days and at different times. Please ensure you include the day AND the time when registering. We cannot register students into their chosen classes if this information is missing.
REQUIRED AFTER COMPLETING REGISTRATION:
CREATE NEW MINDBODYONLINE ACCOUNT (FOR NEW FAMILIES) AND ACCESS EXISTING ACCOUNT (FOR RETURNING SPECTRUM FAMILIES). School policy requires credit card information to be updated and on file in all MindBody accounts unless tuition is paid in full by check.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENROLL YOUR STUDENTS INTO ANY YOUTH CLASSES AFTER CREATING AN ACCOUNT WITH MINDBODY. THE ACCOUNT CREATION IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY; ALL ENROLLMENT IS HANDLED DIRECTLY BY SPECTRUM DANCE USING THE INFORMATION IN THE ACCOUNT YOU CREATE.
Please note: accounts must be created and updated on your computer, not on the MindBodyOnline app, or the information will not update correctly.
EXISTING SPECTRUM DANCE FAMILIES you have had one or more dancers take class at Spectrum Dance any time between September 2017 and May 2024. Existing Spectrum Dance families already have accounts created with us, as MindBodyOnline is how we process every payment. Please ensure your credit card information is up-to-date in your account unless you are paying tuition in full by check.

In the SIGN IN box on the left side, please enter the email address that all communications have come to in the past, and then click “need new password?” on the bottom left. An email will be sent to your email address on file and will prompt you to create a password. If you already have a password, you can log in from this screen using that information.
Once you’ve created a password, please log into your account and ensure your CC information is updated. You can also update other information if needed.
If the email address isn’t working, please reach out to us and we will check your account to ensure we have the correct email address on file.
NEW SPECTRUM DANCE FAMILIES you have never taken class at Spectrum Dance.
New-to-Spectrum dance families can easily create an Account in MindBodyOnline on your computer (not the app!):

In the CREATE AN ACCOUNT box on the right side, please enter your email address and follow the prompts to create an account for the main parent/guardian, not the dancer.
IMPORTANT: Please create the account for the main parent/guardian who receives communications and is paying, NOT the dancer. We will add all dancer information and secondary parent/guardian information on our end.
